You can register for the Main Convention, Banquet dinner, My Investments 2019 (Business Conference), CME Seminar, and Uttarrang by using the main registration form. Tickets to My Investments 2019 (Business Conference) and CME Seminar can be purchased as standalone events. Banquet dinner and Uttarrang are only offered to Main Convention attendees.

    • 80% of ticket amount will be refunded if the refund is requested within 60 days of
      purchase date or before May 31, 2019, whichever is earlier
    • 60% of ticket amount will be refunded if the refund is requested after 60 days of
      purchase date but before May 31, 2019

The online registration process has been designed to allow registration from any location around the world. The registration and payment process has been standardized to make this process as integrated as possible. We can only accept registration and other fees in US Dollars. Yes, we will offer Childcare services for children ages 4 to 12 (age as of July 14, 2019). To avail this facility, children must be registered for the convention. These services are included along with their registration.

During the registration process, you will be able to pre-register your child for these services. Please ensure that all the necessary fields including the age are filled out. You will also have to complete a form required by the childcare provider (the link will be sent to you closer to the convention).

Please Note:  Children must be registered for Childcare to get the confirmed spots. Walk-ins may not be guaranteed.

Rest should follow the steps below to register for BMM 2019

a)  Step 1: Go to and click ‘Registration/Hospitality’
b)  Step 2: Click “Registration” in drop-down menu
c)  Step 3: Follow the steps in the registration. Note that some items are mandatory and some
are optional. We encourage you to complete all the information.
d)  Step 4: Specify Group Code from your friend’s / relative’s registration confirmation for seating together with your friends/relatives.
e)  Step 5: Complete the payment after registering all the people that you want to register right
f)  Step 6: Wait for the hotel link to arrive in email. Make the necessary hotel bookings. Maps
of the facility, hotels (including rates), and parking availability along with nearby attractions
are available on BMM2019 under the section Venue. Please make sure to review
before finalizing your hotels.

You can register up to 8 family members as part of a single registration with the first registrant will be treated as the primary registrant.

All members within the same registration will be assigned adjacent seats.

If you want to have different families or individuals under different registrations to be seated together, we suggest leveraging the group registration functionality mentioned in question 14 below.

BMM2019 provides an opportunity for you, your families and friends across the world to enjoy programs in the Main arena together with assigned group seating. This group booking facility is available for attendees during the registration process.

Group Seating is accomplished via Group Seating Code during registration of attendees. First primary registrant booking should leave ‘Group Seating Code’ field blank during registration. The system will generate group code and registrant will receive group code in the confirmation email. The System will automatically assign the same group code to all additional participants of this primary registrant.

First party interested in seating together will share their group code with other parties interested in seating together with them. Other parties need to enter the same group code during their respective registrations. The system should automatically assign the same group code to all additional  participants in these bookings as well.

By default, all registrants in same registration will be seated together. Also, all parties who availed same group code will be seating together. If you have added additional people on your registration or are part of the group booking then please note that the entire block of seating for your group will be based on the date and time of the last person registered from your group, no exceptions.

All these assignments will be completed after allocating priority seating for all donors. Group seating facility will be available only until April 30th, 2019 with no exceptions.

The registration form is designed to gather information that is critical to ensure your maximum satisfaction during the convention. For better organization and provide you utmost satisfaction, we need accurate information from you. Your name, postal address, phone number, email address and food preference are most important.
We will also need information like age group, school & college information (for Alumni get-together) and other special needs like wheelchair access.  We will need the same information for additional participants from your registration.

The primary registrant will receive the confirmation email at the email address provided. Links for hotel reservations will also be provided in the confirmation email and that needs to be reserved separately directly with the hotel using provided hotel reservation links to leverage discounted rates.

Discounted Hotel Rates per night rates:

  • Aloft : $115 + taxes
  • Hyatt : $139 + taxes
  • Omni : $155 + taxes

Above rates are subject to room availability.

In addition to the BMM2019 negotiated rates there might be several hotel related information that you might be interested in. This information includes but is not limited to Hotel location, Cancellation policy, Amenities, Restaurants on site, Wheelchair access, Etc. We recommend that you contact the individual hotel for this information

Every attendee will get a badge when he/she checks in at the convention. The badge will contain Name, and Category of the Attendee (VVIP, VIP, Expo Vendor, Donor etc.). It will also contain the BMM ID – a unique ID number that will help us find your attendee information. This badge may also hold information about the different add-ons that you may have selected like CME, Banquet etc.

Allocated seating is available only for events in the Main arena. (Please refer to question20 for Banquet seating). For all other events, seating is on the first-come-first-serve basis. No seat is allocated for the 0-3 registrant.

The seat numbers will be assigned a few days prior to the convention and they will be printed on your badge. Email with seat numbers will be sent to registered emails few days prior to the convention. Seat numbers will be assigned on a “first-come-first-served” basis depending on the date and time of your registration payment.

For credit card payment it will be the date/time of the credit card transaction while for check payments, it will be the date we receive/cash your check.

By default, all registrants in same registration will be seated together. Also, all parties who availed same group code (Refer to question 14) will be seating together. If you have added additional people on your registration or are part of the group booking then please note that the entire block of seating for your group will be based on the date and time of the last person registered from your group, no exceptions.

All these assignments will be completed after allocating priority seating for all donors.

We will make every effort to ensure that senior citizens will be allocated seating which is easily accessible and convenient. At the time of the registration, please make a special request if any individuals on your registration will require wheelchair assistance required (at additional cost) during the convention by selecting the appropriate option. For those who are mobility impaired or require wheelchair access, seating will be provided in accessible areas or near the aisle.

Seating for the program will be pre-assigned based on the donation level and on a “first-come-first-served” basis. Seat assignment map will be displayed at Banquet entrance.

We encourage you to finalize your selection in one go as far as possible with a single payment.

All attendees of BMM (donors, performers, attendees, etc.) are required to register for BMM. Please follow the process mentioned in Question 12 to register for the convention. Please note that we are not offering daily passes for the convention.

Registration is not transferable.

BMM2019 does not provide a shuttle service but several different options are available for local transportation. We suggest the following options for getting from either DFW (Dallas Fort-Worth International Airport) or DAL (Dallas Lovefield) airport to your hotel in downtown Dallas:
